Unlock the system by pressing the [Lock/Unlock] button for more than 3 seconds.

When lights up on the display, the system is unlocked.
Appuyez maintenée sur la touche (Fermeture/Ouverture) plus 3 secondes pour mettre en mode (Ouverture).

Select the type of Kimchi and its level of fermentation by pressing the [Ferment] button.

Each time you press the [Ferment ]button,it will be selected in the following order with a “Ding Dong”sound.
The left room will be selected in the order of Wintery Kimchi (Medium)→Wintery Kimchi (High)→Summer Kimchi (Low)→Summer Kimchi
(Medium)→Summer Kimchi (High)→Radish Kimchi (Medium)→Radish Kimchi (High)→Wintery Kimchi (Low).
The right room will be selected in the order of Wintery Kimchi (Medium)→Wintery Kimchi (High)→Summer Kimchi (Low)→Summer Kimchi
(Medium)→Summer Kimchi (High)→
Radish Kimchi (Medium)
→→
Radish Kimchi (High)
→Watery Kimchi (Medium)→ Watery Kimchi (High)→
Wintery Kimchi (Low).
Sélectionnez le genre de Kimchi et la fonction voulue en appuyant sur la touche [Fermentation ].

Chaque fois que l’on appuie sur la touche [Fermentation ], le mode pour le compartiment de gauche avec la mélodie change en ordre de :
Kimchi
pour l’hiver(moyen)
→
Kimchi pour l’hiver(fort)
→
Kimchi de choux(faible)
→
Kimchi de choux(moyen)
→
Kimchide choux(fort)
→
Kimchi de navets (moyen)
→
Kimchi de navets (fort)
→
Kimchi pour l’hiver(faible).
Chaque fois que l’on appuie sur la touche [Fermentation], le mode pour le compartiment de droite change en ordre de :
Kimchi pour l’hiver(moyen)
→
Kimchi pour l’hiver(fort)
→
Kimchi de choux(faible)
→
Kimchi de choux(moyen)
→
Kimchide choux(fort)
→
Kimchi de navets (moyen)
→
Kimchi de navets (fort)

Lock the system by pressing the [Lock/Unlock] button.
▶ When the selection is finished, it stops blinking and the system will automatically go back to the locked state in one minute even
though the [Lock/Unlock] button isn’t pressed.
Appuyez sur la touche [Fermeture/Ouverture] pour mettre en mode (Fermerture).
▶ 5 secondes après la sélection, la lampe s’éteint. Même si vous n’appuyez pas sur la touche [Fermeture/Ouverture], le mode
retourne au mode Fermeture après une minute.

The time left to the completion of the fermentation is displayed on the panel.
(Radish Kimchi ; Medium : 6 Days / High : 6 Days)
Le chiffre du voyant de temps restant à fermenter signifie l’heure restante à fermenter.
(Kimchi de navets: fermenté : 6 jours/plus fermenté : 6 jours)

When fermentation is completioned, Radish(Medium) Kimchi is selected and the storage function begins. And, you could enjoy the
optimally fermented Radish Kimchi.
Si l’opération de fermentation termine, la conservation de Kimchi de navets(moyen) commence automatiquement et puis nous pouvons
goûter le Kimchi de navets fraîs.
