Searching Contents
General Search
Enter the name of a content item and click the
Search button ( ) to view the information
for the content item.
Custom Search
Click the Custom Search button ( ) on the Content menu screen to search
contents using a variety of keywords.
The user selects an appropriate keyword and sets search conditions.
Media Type
Contentsaresearchedbymediatypes,such
as Image, Video and Sound.
Creator
Contentsaresearchedbyregistered
Creators.
Group
Contentsaresearchedbydifferentgroups.
Keyword
Contentsaresearchedbyenteringa
keyword.
LastModiedDate
Contentsaresearchedbythelastmodied
date.
Recent Searches
The 10 most recent searches are displayed.
My Search
Searchresultscanbesaved.Savedsearch
resultscanbesharedwithotherusersif
Shareisenabled.
Shared Search
Search results are shared with other users.
After setting the search conditions, click the Search button ( )to view the
content log for the search conditions.
Tips
Recent Searches -
The 10 most recent searches are displayed.
My Search -
Enter a keyword and click Save Search (
) Click “Save” to save the search results in My
Search.
Shared Search -
Click the ( ) button to view the Save
Searched Word window.
Search Management Buttons -
( ) : Moves to the Advanced Search screen.
( ) : Deletes search results.
( ) : Moves to the Save Search Conditions
settings screen. (Whether to share search
results can be specied)
Searching Logs -
To search logs by period, click the calendar button
( )
.
To go back to the previous screen after searching
logs, click the Search Again button ( ).
