LibraryanditsusearecoveredbythisLicense.Y oumustsupplyacopyofthisLicense.Iftheworkduring

thelibrary,iftheuserinstallsone,aslongasthemodiedversionisinterface-compatiblewiththe

versionthattheworkwasmadewith.

c)Accompanytheworkwithawrittenoffer,validforatleastthreeyears,togivethesameuserthe

materialsspeciedinSubsection6a,above,forachargenomorethanthecostofperformingthis

distribution.

d)Ifdistributionoftheworkismadebyofferingaccesstocopyfromadesignatedplace,offerequivalent

accesstocopytheabovespeciedmaterialsfromthesameplace.

e)Verifythattheuserhasalreadyreceivedacopyofthesematerialsorthatyouhavealreadysentthis

useracopy.Foranexecutable,therequiredformofthe“workthatusestheLibrary”mustinclude

anydataandutilityprogramsneededforreproducingtheexecutablefromit.However,asaspecial

exception,thematerialstobedistributedneednotincludeanythingthatisnormallydistributed(in

eithersourceorbinaryform)withthemajorcomponents(compiler,kernel,andsoon)oftheoperating

systemonwhichtheexecutableruns,unlessthatcomponentitselfaccompaniestheexecutable.

Itmayhappenthatthisrequirementcontradictsthelicenserestrictionsofotherproprietarylibrariesthat

donotnormallyaccompanytheoperatingsystem.Suchacontradictionmeansyoucannotuseboth

7)Y oumayplacelibraryfacilitiesthatareaworkbasedontheLibraryside-by-sideinasinglelibrary

togetherwithotherlibraryfacilitiesnotcoveredbythisLicense,anddistributesuchacombinedlibrary,

providedthattheseparatedistributionoftheworkbasedontheLibraryandoftheotherlibraryfacilitiesis

otherwisepermitted,andprovidedthatyoudothesetwothings:

AccompanythecombinedlibrarywithacopyofthesameworkbasedontheLibrary,uncombinedwith

anyotherlibraryfacilities.ThismustbedistributedunderthetermsoftheSectionsabove.

GiveprominentnoticewiththecombinedlibraryofthefactthatpartofitisaworkbasedontheLibrary,

andexplainingwheretondtheaccompanyinguncombinedformofthesamework.

8)Youmaynotcopy,modify,sublicense,linkwith,ordistributetheLibraryexceptasexpresslyprovided

underthisLicense.Anyattemptotherwisetocopy,modify,sublicense,linkwith,ordistributetheLibrary

isvoid,andwillautomaticallyterminateyourrightsunderthisLicense.However,partieswhohave

receivedcopies,orrights,fromyouunderthisLicensewillnothavetheirlicensesterminatedsolongas

suchpartiesremaininfullcompliance.

9)Y ouarenotrequiredtoacceptthisLicense,sinceyouhavenotsignedit.However,nothingelsegrants

youpermissiontomodifyordistributetheLibraryoritsderivativeworks.Theseactionsareprohibitedby

lawifyoudonotacceptthisLicense.Therefore,bymodifyingordistributingtheLibrary(oranywork
