Adding Paper: Adding paper to the unit’s paper drawer is easy. There are no corner separators to

contend with, so that adding an entire ream of paper in a single step is simplified. The paper drawer is

equipped with out-stops, so that users cannot inadvertently pull the entire drawer out of the unit.

Changing Paper Sizes: Changing paper sizes is fairly easy. The user must adjust two paper guides (see

the figure above). To adjust the smaller size guide, the user simply squeezes it, which releases it so that

it may be adjusted. The larger guide (shown on the left in the photograph directly above) must be

removed, which is somewhat inconvenient. The control panel does not automatically indicate the new

paper size; instead, the user must indicate the new size using the control-panel keys.
