As a color camera that adopts the 1/3" progressive Super-HAD CCD (410,000 pixels for the NTSC, 470,000 pixels for the

PAL), this product employs a WDR (Wide Dynamic Range) function that can provide clear images even under backlight

circumstances where intensity of illumination varies excessively. It also contains a Day/Night function that automatically

switches to color mode during the day and B/W mode at night, enabling 24 hours a day observation. Different from the

existing BLC (Back Light Compensation) function used under backlighting environments, the WDR function allows user

to monitor 2 locations with different illumination simultaneously. If installed at an entrance or beside a window, both the

interior and exterior of a building can be monitored concurrently.

It employs the SONY CCD and utilizes a superior Digital Signal Processor to supply sharp images of high resolution. It

also utilizes the low light function that incorporates the AGC function and low-speed shutter, so that along with the

Day/Night function, it can represent clear images even under diffused conditions such as dimly lit parking lots or build-

ing interiors. By way of its perfect white balance function, the camera ensures accurate representation of colors under

any setting.Through the use of the MICOM, the camera can be controlled perfectly, and being combined with the OSD,

the MICOM provides various additional functions.

In addition,it can be applied for various purposesit since it has a Motion Detection function,a Camera ID indication func-

tion that indicates the camera ID up to 20 digits, privacy protect function, a Digital 10x zooming function, a PIP function,

a Line-Lock function for vertical adjustment, etc. It also has a built-in Samsung protocol, which enables remote control if

the 232C Jig is installed externally.

By adopting the ELC function, it can use the manual Iris lens economically.Without ELC function, it can use the automat-

ic lens of DC type or video selectively. Its mechanism is designed to accommodate with C/CS lens mount adaptor.The

camera supports easy installation since it can be mounted either on the top or the bottom of the camera adapter.

Designed to make use of the AC230V power source,SCC-B2005(P) can be employed by being directly plugged into the

receptacle. In cases of the SCC-B2305P, both AC24Vand DC12V(nonpolar) are available with the use of power adapter.
