Installing the DMS (Continued)

Connecting the SIM I/M

The SIM I/M must be used for the power distribution function.

Loosen the two screws on the bottom of the DMS front

cover.

2 Hold the bottom two sides of the DMS and push upwards

to slide open the cover. (Sliding type cover)

Connect the provided power cable to the power terminal.

Connect the C1,C2 communication cable from the SIM I/M

to the J1 terminal of the DMS.

(Communication will fail if the cable is notconnected

properly.)
